The problem
A mid-sized agency sent students to several Malaysian universities. Documents lived in email, offer letters in chat groups and visa notes in a spreadsheet. When a manager asked "where is this student?", someone spent twenty minutes finding out.
The change
Every student got one file with a guided journey. Each step showed what was needed and who owned it. Agents received their own login and could see only their own students.
