This is an illustrative story built from a typical situation. It does not describe a real client, and the names and numbers are examples.
An illustrative story. Names and numbers are examples.
The problem
A loading bay counted bags by hand. Transporters and the warehouse often disagreed by a few bags, and nobody could prove either number.
The change
A camera watches the line. Every count has a time and a snapshot.
What improved
- Fewer disputes
- Faster loading
- A proof file for every truck
